I'm always fully evaluated and the doctors want to make sure everything has been considered or explored before surgery is recommended. The doctors are first rate and I've never had a problem with the staff.

Jun, 08 2019Dan Soukup1Staff could not find my appointment in their system. I had the hand written appointment card, and the women at the desk recognized her own writing. She said don't worry, it doesn't matter. I asked how long and she repeated "don't worry". Sat there for 1/2 hour then finally gave up. Total disrespect for their patient's time. I'd like to clarify that Dr. Haq is very good, this is the staff experience I am rating.
