Dental Pointe is horrible!! I made an appointment three weeks ago and I got a call yesterday because they wanted to verify my insurance for the second time. When I gave her my information she said "we don't take that insurance". I explained that three weeks ago when I made the appointment the woman I spoke to verified it and said you did accept it. I explained that I have had this appointment for three weeks why would you call today to say you don't accept my insurance. She was rude, could have not cared less and said "oh well" !! No I'm sorry that happened, no nothing. Unbelievable to me as a business woman and customer service being so important why Dental Pointe would treat people with complete disregard!!
