Terrible customer service on multiple accounts.

My first visit was after a crash. I was told the car would be completed on x date. When I called to confirm hours before, the manager said, "yes, pick it up at 5:10". I got a call 10 minutes before hand telling me that someone in the shop had scratched the hood of the car and that they would have to repaint the whole thing and that it would not be available for pick up until the next day.

When I picked up the car the next day, the manager went through the details of the repair with me one by one. He stated that the license plate bracket had been repaired and that the license plate was re-attached and quickly moved on to the next item. There was no bracket or license plate, which I had to point out. We ended up waiting 35 minutes for it to get re-attached.

After the second visit I had to return yet again the following week because they had replaced hoses connected to the air conditioning unit and not replaced the coolant. In addition, there was an unusual sound on the front driver's side of my car (this is where the most damage had occurred). I called to make sure someone would be available to look at it. I met with the manager and told him about the air conditioning problem and the unusual noise. He even drove with me to confirm what the sound was. I waited for nearly an hour before I was told that the coolant needed to be replaced. I waited another 30 minutes for this to happen, only for the manager to tell me that there was a recall on my car. They said that in the recall notes "this noise was heard when the rear defogger was on" and said it must have been that and to take it to the dealer. This is insanely incorrect, as the defogger was not, nor never was on due to it being the middle of summer.

I find it ridiculous that I had to visit three times for one problem, and each time was inconvenienced for large amounts of time due to the incompetence of the staff, only to have my issues still not solved.
